Inspired by the original "Sleeping Beauty" fairytale, Rose introduces us to a young, impressionable girl who, instead of pricking her finger on a spinning wheel, becomes bewitched by the seductive world of drugs and dependency. It's a story about control - or the loss of it - and how much Rose is willing to jeopardize as she searches for her own self-worth. Simultaneously, Rose's father, Robert, struggles with his own past as he watches his daughter make the same decisions that almost killed him thirty-five years ago. Can he save Rose before she follows in his footsteps?
