In a world where humans are subjugated by a warrior race known as the Drozari. A city wide trading post stands in Velindal, the once powerful home of the human race. Now called Red Bloods by their Drozari overlords the Red struggle to survive each day. Gila is a city of wealth and power, but also has a dark underbelly. A veritable paradise for the wealthy and privileged, while it is a hell for the downtrodden and the weak. The city's elite hold a dark secret, one that can possibly mean the end of the city and even the start of war. Characters from all walks of life, such as a thief, a slave, a knight, and many more do their best to endure and uncover these secrets, some for good and other for evil.
