This book is based on a series of interviews with Dr. Simon Skurkovich - an outstanding scientist-immunologist and the father of a new era in medicine - anticytokine therapy - which is now being rapidly developed all over the world and is being used for the treatment of autoimmune diseases. He is also a hero of World War II and a talented musician and composer who has recently completed his work on a symphonic poem dedicated to the Holocaust.
