With a lifelong understanding of the Church of Christ branch of the Stone-Campbell Restoration Movement, Dr. Brian Casey explores aspects of the Christian assembly in three parts: Core Concepts, detailed discussion of Music Principles and (contemporary) Trends, and General Topics including communion, preaching, prayer, and such miscellany as sound mixing boards and announcements. Although some material is drawn from and directed toward this one group's tradition, the concepts, principles and challenges to re-think are broadly applicable for a range of evangelical churches-particularly those churches that use blended or somewhat traditional assembly patterns.
