Marcus is an ex-marine with a bad temper, almost no family left, looking for a job at a news publication. Little does Marcus now, he is about to be caught in the middle of a decades old series of murders and the strange disappearance of this boss, Edward. Edward St. John has been in the publishing business for as long as he can remember. He seems to be doing a little bit of publishing of his own, always working on a mysterious book manuscript. Until one day, he is nowhere to be found... Kidnapping? Runaway? Death? And what does the manuscript Ed's been working on have to do with him gone missing?
