Publisher Marketing: Three unlikely heroes are plunged into an ancient conflict where mere legends turn into reality. A legendary group of Egyptian gods, known as the Ogdoad, wish to consume the Earth in darkness and bring back what once was theirs: pure chaos. As these beings undertake their sole mission, three young minors must travel to Egypt to stop them at any cost. During their journey, our three heroes must learn valuable lessons and face many impossible challenges. The first of our heroes is Tris, a teenage girl who grew up with a celebrity lifestyle. Her lineage dates back to the Ancient Egyptians, a time period unknown to the modern day, but she must learn to adapt and embrace her abnormal lifestyle. The next teenager is Ark, a boy who does not think much of himself at first, but soon realizes his true area of expertise. Coming from a Greek family, he always knew he had a special bond to the ancient myths, but he soon realizes he has more of a connection than he thinks. The last of our heroes is Riley, a young street boy, who must learn to master friendship and trust. Having been alone his whole life, it starts as a challenge to embark on his quest but as time goes on, he begins to grow comfortable with his companions. Riley also learns about himself as a person and contemplates his true value among his friends. Alas, our three heroes must learn to fight and fend for themselves before they challenge the primordial gods who demand the world's destruction.
