Under a Thousand Stars

A young girl from Sittingbourne, a small town in England, finds herself losing her mind after the death of her Mother and the terrible pregnancy with her second child. Post natal depression coupled with the loss of her Mother saw this lively, attractive, friendly girl succumb to the demon drink as she tries to blot out the reality of her life. The events that unfold see her lose everything, her kids, her husband, her home, her life and eventually her dignity. Her life spirals out of control as the alcohol controls her every waking hour. When her money runs out and her best friend is taken from her she finds herself living rough and doing things she never imagined she would ever do just to make enough money to be able to be able to feed her alcohol addiction. There is some light at the end of the very long tunnel that has become her life when her past catches up with her.
