The product of infidelity, Ashlyn Hunter was abused by her family and all those she came into contact with. Until she crossed paths with vampire Sire Tomas Weston. With the help of his Watcher Ryence Alazais and the rest of his Pack of vampires they taught Ashlyn the meanings of friendship, trust, happiness and love, and gave her the life she deserved. Having been trans-formed into a beautiful confident young lady Ashlyn surprises the Pack by befriending Cassandra Wheeler. But Cassandra is the niece of one of the Crusaders, a group of vampire hunters who have been chasing the Pack for ten years. The situation becomes further complicated when Cassandra falls in love with Pack member Robert Tanner. Finally tired of the chase Tomas makes an agreement with Dennis Parker, head of the Crusaders. An all-out war at a specified place and time. Where winner takes all and only one group walks away.
