In world history, men claimed to be the Messiah with respect to the prophecy in the Holy Bible. Some men claimed to be Imam al-Mahdi, referring to quite a number of quotations in the prophet Muhammad [pbuh]'s sayings, - the Hadith Literature. In fact, the habit of expecting a redeemer of the world has been a part of mankind's religious experience, dating back to pre-classical antiquity. You can read it in the religious literature of the ancient Persians, the Buddhists, the Jews and the Muslims. This was partly owing to the prophecy of the prophet Muhammad [pbuh], the Messenger of the Covenant, in the Early Scriptures as well as the turmoil and upheavals of human society, in different ages. However, there are two men in the List of the 19 Portents of the Hour; first - the prophet Muhammad [pbuh] was prophesied in the Early Scriptures, which were delivered by all the prophets sent to the Nations of Antiquity; he is referred as the Messenger of Allah 11-times, in the Holy Qur'an. Second - Ibrahim the Beast, a Sign of the Hour, is prophesied in the Holy Qur'an; I am the Beast, the 11th Sign of the Hour. These are, both, confirmed by the US Apollo 11 Mission to the Moon
