The Track of Lucky Jack

The early American West was filled with opportunities. There was mining, timber and an endless amont of land for ranching and farming. Many made the long arduous journey to share in these opportunities. Unfortunately not everyone that made the trek was looking to start a new life within the paramaters of the law, but instead preyed upon the weak the naive and the unsuspecting. Jack McCracken, also known as Lucky Jack was one such person. He and his gang of cutthroats were ruthless and cruel with a singular objective, taking what belonged to others. They pursued this goal without regard for anything including the law or human life. There were those however that reconginzed these miscreants for what they were and worked tirelessly to thwart their pursuits. Ike Coley and Hank Wagner were two such men. Without regard for the consequences they embarked upon a mission that took them on a journey throughout the central plains and the Indian territories. They doggedly pursued their goal at great personal cost. This is a chronicle of the journey that would later become known as, "The Track of Lucky Jack".
