Meanwhile, Liz' brilliant husband, George, works on top secret projects for Universal Solutions Unlimited (USU), a shadowy defense contractor. His latest plan carries him to the Eastern Shore, where he runs into the watermen and Millie, the mysterious Mediterranean beauty. The story lines eventually converge on Eastern Neck Island itself, as Hurricane Gabriela rages up the Bay. Will the Island survive the threat from the Western Shore?
