Slade Delastrode
Audacious and entertaining, author Slade Delastrode vividly and humorously recounts his bizarre misadventures as a teen in Yorba Linda, where bombs, shoplifting, burglaries, a chilling homemade ghost, and a potpourri of other insults to their Orange County community were the order of the day. A celebration of stupidity and failure as much as anything, you'll marvel at how Slade and his reckless buddies (mostly) evaded authorities and dodged selecting themselves out of the gene pool. Eleven intertwined true stories so wickedly fun that even the most priggish granny will wish she were a teenage boy. Illustrated.
