He is also the founder of The Leadership Storehouse and the Senior Pastor of Ignite Family Church. Dean holds an Honors Degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Johannesburg. He is a graduate of the Advance Management Program (AMP) from Duke University in the US, and an Executive Business and Digital Transformation Program from Duke CE SA where he is also part of the faculty. He is completing his Master's in Personal and Professional Leadership. Dean is also a former recipient of the national "Chief Learning Officer" award during his tenure at Executive level in Corporate South Africa.
