Hunter Robinson
Imprisoned for a crime he didn't commit, David must survive the barbaric society of state prison where social norms are taboo and the unthinkable prevails. Many of the states' mentally ill are housed here and the paradigm shift from sanity to madness is a traumatic experience that eventually devours his soul. When the slow wheels of justice finally grind to free him, the prison experience has left him a shell of his former self and he struggles to discern right from wrong. Enlisting in the Armed Services by happenstance, he finds a niche, but struggles to maintain the principles of a military soldier. He discovers that prison has made him comfortable with the illicit elements that often prey upon society's disenfranchised citizenry and sometimes target military establishments.
