When a suburban house is infested with a sudden swarm of dangerous insects, the family is contacted by S. E. C. T. (Strategic Extermination Counter Tactics): An experimental team of exterminators that eradicate any insectile threat by strange measures.... They shrink down to the size of the bugs and fight the monsters one on one! But when the process goes awry, both the strike force and the family find themselves minimized and unable to return to their normal size. With the hungry, scuttling darkness closing in, they must fight their way to the outside world or risk being consumed by massive, multi-legged creatures. In their world, we're the pests.
