It has been six months since the MRC explosion - which Oaklanders are calling "The Breakdown" - and things have not improved for the community. Overall, it has gotten worse for the Lee family as an unknown source has leaked their connection to the ongoing gang activity. It's up to Larry Lee to repair his family's relationship with the Bay Area. While doing so, Larry must handle old business partners making his public life and private life as Blaxpride living hell.
