Tire Inflation Technology Existing and an Evolution to Be: Advancements in Tire Inflating Technology

The awareness of proper tire inflation among motorists has increased exponentially due the safety and benefits could be earned in return. This book presents Automatic Tyre Pressure Controller (ATPC) which limits pressure in the tire regardless of pressure set on the kiosk. ATPC can be used with manual inflators/compressors, where it will automatically alert user upon reaching appropriate tire pressure. ATPC has won few innovation medals and awards internationally. To make tremendous advancement and improvement on ATPC, the authors/researchers have innovated a technique/device called Automatic Tyre Inflation System (ATIS) which can automatically (autonomously) inflate tires to the desired precise pressure while the car is on move. Thus, the user could benefit three in one featured device in coming nearest future. The conceptual design of ATIS has been a center of attraction in innovation exhibitions with its unique and beneficial features. The principals, sketches, designs and concepts of ATPC and ATIS are illustrated clearly in this book. This work can benefit engineering developers of tire inflation technology which is dominant for motoring safety and profitable business.
