The war that began at Emin-Tal has entered its second year. Morschen traitors openly serve The Kindler and others of the Seven Devils, unafraid of their former rulers. They hunt down any who would oppose The Kindler's new order. At the beginining of the New Deshik Wars, the Morschcoda swore an oath of unity, but they continue to mistrust each other. Guinira Estaleth, Queen of Deshik Anaria, has used Makret Druoth's considerable skill as a General to take advantage of their disunion to win countless victories over the rapidly diminishing Morschledu Remnant. Daken Calmi and Xari Gundara, the two Morschcoda most affected by the betrayals of so many Morschen, continue to push Daliana Marcarry for more drastic action against the Seven Devils, but they always fear that their small circle of leaders has been infiltrated. Their only hopes are the ghost of a man two years dead, and the man that killed him.
