Basic Ascension Skills Belle Twigg

(Christ-centered Hebraic mysticism) Explains the basic skills that are useful for those who are beginning an ascension practice. Topics Include: How to navigate or move, expanding the tent of meeting, separation techniques and grounding. Belle has a Masters in Consciousness Studies, with a focus on Judeo-Christian mystical states. Her Doctorate study was a continuation of this work. She created a systems model for analyzing, changing and terminating trance states. She then applied that model towards developing greater understanding of spiritual and "other-worldly" beings as they may be perceived and interacted with by mystics. She has practiced and taught various forms of ascension to small groups of people for about thirty years.
