Wondering about our destiny is a precarious thought especially to me as a child and perhaps even as a an adult, strangely enough I often thought. A Fantasy world as I may have lived in my illusions has somewhat formed a reality. A fulfillment unexplainable and still to be achieved. The memoriesThe block - Danforth Avenue, it all happened in the sixties and before that; before I even came to existence. I have experienced the best of both worlds. You say the best of both worlds? Really, I don't think I knew any difference for I was young, innocent, and naive. Yes, there were times I wanted to keep the sheets over my head and stay there. I was sheltered as a child from the outside for the world is filled with many angry people . Yes, living during the sixties, seventies, eighties and ninety's in a neighborhood of mixed emotions and ethic upbringing different from my own has brought interests to some and some not at all! Perhaps, those who are natives of Jersey City may know the story or maybe are interested in knowing more. Growing up in Jersey City, New Jersey has made me a well-rounded individual. An individual for the love of life, the love of people, and the love of beautiful things. For many years I have received heart felt messages and notes of appreciation from a dedicated career. Perhaps, just a simple note has kept my life into perspective. Also, an understanding of a challenging family business and the passion of holding on. Priceless words of gratitude are more than money can buy. I suppose?
