Varcon, an ancient genetically engineered vampire warrior from the other side of the galaxy, manages to free himself from entombment after 13 millennia. Putting together a band of Humans, Vampires, extraterrestrial Cyborgs, and an Interdimensional Being; he fights evil forces to save the earth from certain destruction. Rogue elements of the Worlds Governments and Industry plot to take over the world, but this is nothing compared to a new menace of an A. I. Contolled, hive mind Insectoid species, from another Galaxy. This menace causes Aliens from across the known Universe to come to Varcon's aid to avoid the destruction of existence of all free thinking Beings.
