The Drake Equation is discussed, along with SETI, and the probabilities of life occurring in the Galaxy. The conclusion is that there is a Type 3 Omega-minus galactic civilization involved with our planet. This galaxy-wide civilization is referred to as the Kingdom of Heaven.
