Hawkins is pulled into an operation, headed up by his CIA friend, to destroy China's production of prescription drugs and or their ingredients which certain manufacturing operations in China are producing. These drugs and ingredient products are poisons which, when ingested by unsuspecting consumers, results in death. This, it turns out, is a diabolical plan by Beijing, to defeat the United States without firing a bullet nor launching a missile.
