Liam and Junior are two local teens who get their thrills by vandalizing local homes and terrorizing residents. Inside a neighboring residence lives Sandy. She becomes an easy target of local teens that trespass in her garden filled yard that surrounds her old wooden home. She is far from a helpless victim and lures them in, one by one, as they struggle to stay alive against a heartless opponent. Town folk begin to panic as their teens become missing, one by one. Unaware that the creepy old woman behind the chain-link fence is capable of being involved with their disappearances. Sandy begins a rampage that is impossible to stop.
