After finishing another great workout, someone who was watching from the sidelines asked. "What was that?" I had to laugh but excited to talk about the YEE SYSTEMS(c) helping so many people and what to expect from Volume III. During the conversation I noticed someone in a wheelchair that was using the universal machines. Not that it is unusual, but I noticed that getting situated took much longer than doing the exercise. That is when I decided to devote a program for those who have a prosthesis or artificial limb(s). If YEE SYSTEMS(c) is being used by so many people of all ages, then people with missing limbs could be doing it too. After all, the YEE SYSTEMS(c) was meant for everyone to use. YEE SYSTEMS(c) Volume III, has dedicated a chapter for those who have a prosthesis, using the same partner resistance and off balanced training principles. The program is extreme, but those who have overcome such obstacles must try harder anyways. This chapter can also be used by people that have full use of all their limbs. As you advance with YEE SYSTEMS(c), Volume III, keep in mind that the only limitations are the ones you put on yourself. Train hard with YEE SYSTEMS(c).
