Rick Hartman wants to open a new saloon, but he can't get free to go and look at the property. He asks Clint to do it. He also proposes to make Clint a partner and call it THE GUNSMITH SALOON. Clint says they'll talk about that later, but agrees to go to Laramie, Wyoming, and check it out. Upon arrival he finds that buying the property is not going to be a simple thing. Formerly called The Bucket of Blood, all the family members who owned it are dead, except for one. And there are those in town who don't want it to reopen, under any name. Clint has to decide if the property is worth not only the price, but the risk.
