Ten Weeks Writing Warriors

Ten Weeks represents the collected works of eight year six students from Matipo Primary. During term 3, 2014, these eight students met each day to talk about writing ? and of course, to write. The eight students were Alex, Blaze, Hannah, Jerome, Liam, Pine, Tane and Thomas. The topics written about and indeed, the text types, were chosen by them. Everything in this book is a product of their efforts. Inside you will find a variety of text types ranging from narratives to information reports to descriptions to persuasive writing. I hope you enjoy reading them as much as they enjoyed writing them.
