United States of America wants to keep tabs on the growing Russian influence, while apartheid South Africa and white Rhodesia take on the task of trying to keep communism out of the country. On the fringes of this battle, a Zambia intelligence officer finds himself unwittingly caught in a conflict that he wants no part in.
