We can ask, why Nature resists to our cognition? Is the nature so complicated? Or maybe this is a result of significant limitations of our cognitive powers? The standard reply gives the cognitive realism: reality turns out unexpectedly complex, but in the end of our cognition we will reflect it in a whole, for example in frames of The Great Theory of Everything. I test the second option. It is possible that our cognitive powers are limited and these still appearing new problems in the physics are not only a result of complicating of Nature, but also a result of these limitations. I notice and discuss these limitations. I try to describe the character of them, building up a theory of the subjectively co-conditioned form of world of physics. I present achieved results in the context of the history of physics. I also ask the questions, whether reality manifests itself or reveals through this form. Is there a chance for achieving coincidences of world of physics with independent reality, and how? See: www.scienceandreality.com
