Sophie and her son wake up in a beautiful place. All they can remember is that something had happened to their town, a storm and their house being ripped apart. This place is beautiful, pristine and the animals are similar to earth animals but they look so much more healthy. They have supplies and the need to build a shelter. Other characters soon follow and, they discover that they have gifts. Together, they build the first settlement. Eventually, more characters join them and those other characters also discover that they have gifts. In this place, their thoughts are very important. Thoughts and words can become things. The story is thought provoking with a sweet love story as backdrop.
