This book explores the resolution of armed conflicts occurring within individual countries from a theoretical legal perspective. Contributor Bio:  Kastner, Philipp Philipp Kastner is an Assistant Professor at the University of Western Australia. His main teaching and research interests are the resolution of armed conflicts, international criminal law, public international law and legal theory. He is the author of International Criminal Justice in bello?: The ICC between Law and Politics in Darfur and Northern Uganda (2011).
