Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging have become core themes in education in the last 5 years. School governors, school leaders and school teachers have been challenged to evaluate whether their classrooms, their corridors, their playgrounds, their curriculum and their libraries are representative of the communities who they serve. This book will split between focussing on how teachers can support students in feeling they belong but will also focus on the teacher and how they fit within the school space.
