Joe Colby, a gang member and murderer, loses everything in a raid. He wallows in despair until he finds God. His life miraculously changes, and he meets Amanda Bradshaw, the rebellious, seductive Christian. Joe's faith grows, and he becomes a leading minister of the Faithful Church. Over time Joe's popularity increases and people rush the doors to hear him speak. His disciples call him "the Prophet," and he ends up becoming a cult-like figure to people across the globe. Meanwhile, the Leading Brothers of the church grow jealous of Joe and plot against him. The minister's life becomes unraveled, and he falls from grace. Years later, Joe's faith is reborn, and he returns to the pulpit triumphantly.
